If you are receiving a message that says your identity cannot be verified, here are a few helpful suggestions:


To ensure best possible results, make sure that you:

  1. Input an address where you have resided for at least 3 months
  2. Input your Date of Birth (DOB)
  3. Input your Social Security Number (SSN)
