If you are having trouble receiving the two-factor authentication (2FA) code, it's possible your phone number was entered incorrectly. To update your phone number, please reach out to your title company directly.
For security purposes, you can only see two numbers from your phone number.
But if you believe it is incorrect because the two numbers you see are incorrect, or you aren't receiving the code, you will need to contact the organization who sent you the request. CertifID is unable to make this update on your behalf.
They will be able to validate your phone number, correct the number on file, and resend the request.
