If you are not seeing an email from CertifID in your inbox, there are a few possible reasons why:
- Make sure your Title company or law office has already sent the request. They may have sent you an email informing you that CertifID would be used, but the actual request email is separate.
If you know they have sent the request and still can’t find the email:
- Check “Spam” folder - Your email provider may have blocked the CertifID email from making it through to your primary inbox.
- If you still cannot find it, contact the title company or law office to verify the email address is accurate and ask them to resend the request.
