I received an email from CertifID, what now?

CertifID is a secure way for your title company to communicate wiring information, for buyers and sellers.

Buyers Receiving Wiring Information: Once you verify your identity on our platform, be sure to download the PDF or take a screenshot in order to present it to your financial institution when transferring funds. You will have up to 30 days to retrieve the information again, either on your mobile device or on a computer.  

Sellers Confirming Account Information: Carefully review the details of the request and Approve or Reject based on the accuracy of the information presented. The sender will be notified immediately and be able to disburse funds at the appropriate time.

Sellers Providing Account Information: Validate your identity on our platform, and then securely upload your account information where you would like to have your funds received. Be sure to have a personal check or your account information on you when beginning the process.

You should not expect any last-minute changes! Contact your title company immediately if you suspect any fraudulent activity to protect yourself.
